Cash For Old US Currency
National Bank Notes
There are thousands of different banks from the mid to late 1800s through the early 1900s and values will depend upon the bank, year, condition, serial numbers, and signatures.
Large-size Notes
As our nation began its financial endeavors, the US had many different types of currencies made for different reasons in different eras. Bank Notes, Federal Reserve Notes (FNRs), Legal Tenders and others ranging from 1862 to as late as 1928.
Large Silver Certificates
Large Silver Certificates were a type of paper currency issued by the United States government in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These certificates were called “silver” because they could be redeemed for silver coins of equivalent value. Large Silver Certificates were first issued in 1878 and remained in circulation until 1923 when they were replaced by smaller-sized bills.
Small Certificate Notes
After the large notes ended in 1923, the US still made gold and silver certificates until 1953. Though most are very common (even in perfect condition) there are a few that could be worth much more than it’s face value It all depends on the conditions, Such as:
1934 $10 silver certificate
1928 gold certificates
1934 gold certificates
